Her interests include maternal and child health, quality of life throughout the lifespan, refugee health, social network analysis and health behaviors. Carrie has experience in dementia care, gerontechnology, hospice, and research.

She is an advocate for seniors and has focused her professional career on creating and implementing programs that address the needs of older adults and their caregivers. Sachi Shah, Copy Editor
Sachi is a Global Health Corps fellow where she works as a Communications Associate at the Boys & Girls Club of Newark. She founded a project that trains low-income high-school youth in East Africa to address public health issues in their own communities through entrepreneurial ventures. Sachi graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a degree in developmental studies.
